Fees & Payments

• • All courses have a monthly fees structure, and require a minimum commitment of one-month. 
  • The fees per month is due by 5th of the same month. No refunds (full/partial), once classes are booked for the month.

Class Rules

• • Class starts and ends on-time.
  • If the students are delayed, the class will still end on time to minimise impact on following classes.
  • Classes that fall on Public Holidays will be rescheduled to another day within the week. The revised date will be communicated at the beginning of the month.
  • Jun and December will be holiday months. No classes will be conducted during these two months.

Companion App (Tonara)

• • Lesson reviews and assignments will be given by the teacher at the end of the lesson through the Tonara app.
  • No extra charge on students’ side for the use of the app.
  • If students do not wish to use the app, the teacher is NOT responsible for providing the lesson reviews through other means.
  • Upon the termination of the lessons, the Academy will deactivate students’ accounts and there will be no access available.

Cancellation Policy

• • For no-shows or cancellations, the teacher will send you the class recording & exercises on Tonara. You can use the app and seek any clarifications through the app. No make-up class is provided.
  • For any unavoidable reasons like medical leave, if the teacher cancels the class, (s)he will provide a make-up session within the same week. The make-up class may be combined with other students. Make-up classes will not be carried forward beyond the week.

Examination & Certificates

• • Courses eligible for SPMVV certification will have term-specific exam registration and certification fees (ranging between US$350 – US$450) to be paid to the University. This is determined by the University and communicated during exam registration time.
  • Eligibility for examination will be determined by the teacher working with University staff
