Registration and Terms of Service

We are currently accepting registrations from Artists for Singapore Raga (SG Raga). This form registers your interest, and we will contact you before accepting your performance(s).

Before you register as an Artist with us, there are a few things to note.  It is important that you read, understand and agree to these terms.  The key points of the agreement are noted below. The full Distribution Agreement and Terms of Service, as it stands, is here.

  1. You are providing only a limited license to distribute your musical work. SG Raga does not take any copyright or other interest in any of your music.
  2. You must own or have the legal right to reproduce and distribute 100% of the musical works you present.
  3. You are authorising SG Raga to publish your works through our subscription channels and third-party services like iTunes and Spotify.
  4. Once confirmed, your artist profile will be used to publish your works across platforms. You need to make sure your profile details are accurate.
  5. The agreement will be valid for one-year initially and then renews automatically, unless either of us decide to terminate.
  6. You are responsible for any copyright claims and/or distribution claims made by others. Particularly, if you have given the art work to a record label or other distribution before, you have to check and confirm their agreement doesn’t prevent you from publishing elsewhere (including us).
  7. Earnings from your art works, if any, will be distributed by SG Raga in accordance with the prevailing calculations published by us.
  8. We cannot guarantee that all recordings will be published in all channels, if at all.
  9. The agreement is governed by laws of Singapore
